Merveilleux citron verrine
A perfectly balanced verrine: the sweetness of a white chocolate and fresh lemon ganache, the lightness of a lemon cream and the crunchiness of a handmade meringue.
Our artisans combine a white chocolate and fresh lime ganache with a tangy lemon cream. The whole thing is assembled by hand and topped with crunchy meringue pieces.
Ingredients: Pasteurised cream, sugar, sodium citrate, lime, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, eggs, egg yolk, butter, natural vanilla, soya lecithin, natural vanilla extract, carrageenan, maize starch, carotene colouring, riboflavin colouring, natural vanilla flavouring, citric acid, potassium sorbate, egg whites.
