Individual Merveilleux
All the pleasure of the Merveilleux in an individual version: light cream, a melt-in-the-mouth centre and a coating of dark chocolate shavings. Hand-made for an artisanal finish.
Each cake is assembled by hand, with homemade whipped cream and a dark chocolate shavings finish. For this individual format, the meringue comes from a carefully selected partner.
Ingredients: Pasteurised milk cream, sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, dark chocolate, whole milk powder, crispy cereals, natural vanilla flavouring, soya lecithin, natural vanilla extract, glucose syrup, anhydrous butter, coconut fat, corn starch, coating agent: shellac, carrageenan, egg whites, sunflower lecithin.
