Carawète
Beneath its melt-in-the-mouth milk chocolate coating, the Carawète hides a creamy homemade peanut praline. A creation born of a wonderful collaboration with a chocolatier, to be enjoyed as an individual dessert at Pain d'Antan.
The Carawète was created in close collaboration with our partner chocolatiers, who make an exceptionally fine homemade peanut praline. The whole thing is enhanced by a slightly crunchy hazelnut coating, for a textured pleasure in the mouth.
Ingredients: Peanuts, pasteurised milk cream, sugar, butter, eggs, water, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, egg yolk, whole milk powder, glucose syrup, wheat flour, whey powder, soya lecithin, pectin, salt, gold colouring, natural vanilla flavouring, natural vanilla, paprika, citric acid, potassium sorbate, diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, wheat starch, wheat malt, ascorbic acid, enzymes, beef gelatine, carrageenan.
