Everything is homemade at Le Pain d'Antan, except for the fondant. The choux pastry is poached every morning by our artisans, then filled with a generous and fragrant homemade vanilla cream, where you can clearly taste the natural vanilla seeds. Every step counts, from poaching to glazing.
