The quality of this marzipan rests on its exceptional composition: 94% pure marzipan, itself made up of 50% almonds. This generous proportion of real almonds — well above industrial standards — is what gives it its deep flavour, natural softness and aromatic richness. The egg white and syrup provide binding and gloss without weighing it down.

Regular marzipan is raw — a moulded almond paste that is not baked. Baked marzipan goes into the oven, giving it a light golden crust on the outside while keeping the centre soft. Baking also intensifies the natural almond aromas.

In artisan confectionery, the almond proportion in marzipan is the key quality indicator. At 50% almonds, our marzipan far exceeds industrial standards (often 25–35%), delivering an authentic, dense and generous flavour.
