Each loaf is handcrafted by our artisans to resemble an ear of wheat. Slow fermentation and the addition of malted flour give it a mild flavour and balanced texture, ideal for accompanying a meal.
Ingredients: wheat flour, water, salt, yeast, rye flour, sunflower oil, starch, wheat malt, malted barley, citric esters, enzymes, ascorbic acid.
Best consumed on the same day. Store at room temperature, in a dry place and protected from air.
