Indulge in the smoothness of our salted butter caramel ice cream, a perfect balance of creamy caramel and a hint of salted butter. Every spoonful offers an explosion of sweet and savoury flavours.

It all starts with a homemade caramel cooked in our workshop. This is stirred into the pasteurised milk base whilst still warm, then a second layer of salted butter caramel is poured by hand down the sides of the tub. The result is a rich, well-balanced ice cream, where the caramel flavour lingers right to the very last spoonful.
