It all starts with the homemade goat's cheese mousse: our artisans make it from an unripened log, beaten until it has a light and silky texture. It is then harmoniously combined with fresh herbs and a touch of IGP Modena balsamic cream.
Ingredients: wheat flour, water, beef, rapeseed oil, onions, spelt flour, wheat germ, cabbage, carrot, fennel, mustard, salt, sugar, celery, egg yolk, yeast, starch, citric acid, olive, lactic acid, iron gluconate, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, ascorbic acid (E300), enzymes, wheat malt, malt vinegar, vinegar, anchovies, garlic, spices, tamarind, pepper, acetic acid, dextrose, apple, sulphites (E224), salad leaves, glucose syrup, diphosphate, triphosphates, sodium nitrite, gherkins, calcium chloride (E509).
