The combination of full-fat coconut milk and desiccated coconut creates a texture that is both creamy and slightly fibrous — true to the original fruit. Fresh milk and pasteurised cream add roundness without heaviness, resulting in an ice cream that melts gently on the tongue while delivering intense, lingering coconut aromas.
