Roast beef tartine
Roast beef cooked to perfection, pink and tender, accompanied by a double homemade sauce: Dijon mustard and barbecue sauce. Pickled gherkins add a touch of freshness, all served on our fennel bread.
The beef is roasted in our kitchens with precision to ensure it remains pink in the centre. It is then served with two complementary homemade sauces: the intensity of Dijon mustard and the smoky roundness of barbecue sauce. Pickled gherkins add a refreshing touch to the whole dish, served on our homemade fennel and olive bread.
Ingredients: wheat flour, water, palm oil, sugar, margarine (palm and rapeseed vegetable oils, water, lemon juice), crystal sugar decoration (3.5%), yeast, salt, emulsifiers (E471, E472e, E481), wheat gluten, raising agent (E450i, E500ii), dextrose, vegetable fat (palm), stabiliser (E412), whey powder, glucose syrup, lactose, flavouring, thickener (E415).
