The beef is roasted in our kitchens with precision to ensure it remains pink in the centre. It is then served with two complementary homemade sauces: the intensity of Dijon mustard and the smoky roundness of barbecue sauce. Pickled gherkins add a refreshing touch to the whole dish, served on our homemade fennel and olive bread.
