A bread with character and a dense crumb, made from wheat and rye flour. Baked on stone, it is a generous accompaniment to convivial meals.
Our artisans combine wheat and rye flour to enrich the dough with flavour and fibre. Baking on stone completes this generously sized loaf, resulting in a dense crumb and a firm crust.
Ingredients: wheat flour, water, rye flour, salt, yeast, wheat malt, starch, wheat, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, ascorbic acid (E300), enzymes.
