Before baking, our artisans incorporate pearl sugar crystals into a rich butter dough : each piece is perfectly golden and soft in the centre.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, sugar, water, butter, eggs, whole milk powder, yeast, salt, starch, palm oil, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, mono- and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides, dextrose, ascorbic acid (E300), carotene colouring, enzymes, wheat malt, ascorbic acid.
