Our artisans incorporate the chips by hand into a long-fermented dough to preserve its unique softness. The amount of chocolate is carefully calculated to melt just enough with each bite.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, water, sugar, cocoa paste, eggs, whole milk powder, butter, yeast, salt, cocoa butter, dextrose, soya lecithin, starch, palm oil, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, mono- and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides, ascorbic acid (E300), carotene colouring, enzymes, wheat malt, ascorbic acid.
